Phase Intelligence
Code of Conduct
Effective date: June 1, 2026
Phase Intelligence aims to build an open, technically serious, and respectful research community. This Code of Conduct applies to our website, GitHub organization, issues, pull requests, discussions, demos, email interactions, and related collaboration spaces.
Expected Conduct
- be respectful, precise, and constructive in technical discussion;
- assume good faith while still being clear about errors and risks;
- share feedback in a way that improves the work rather than escalating conflict;
- respect privacy, attribution, and the boundaries around unpublished research.
Unacceptable Conduct
- harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or personal attacks;
- sexualized language or unwelcome sexual attention;
- doxxing or sharing another person's private information without permission;
- abusive behavior in issues, pull requests, email, or other collaboration channels;
- knowingly misrepresenting results, authorship, affiliations, or research claims.
Scope
This policy covers interactions in official project spaces and in other contexts when an individual is representing Phase Intelligence or its projects.
Reporting
If you experience or observe conduct that violates this policy, contact contact@phaseintelligence.org. Include as much relevant context as you can. We will review reports in good faith and handle them as discreetly as practical.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit participation, close discussions, block accounts, or end collaboration access when behavior violates this code or creates risk for the project or its participants.
